Financial management for payments and PO & PR timely performance
Support & Learnings for Budget tracking & management.
Compliance and Quality Assurance
Administrative taks
Manage PR, PO, and Payment processes on time and in compliance with company policies, coordinating with internal teams and vendors to ensure timely payments
Follow up Budget tracking & management expense
Ensure that all marketing materials, campaigns, and documents adhere to company policies and legal guidelines.
Complete all administrative tasks related to the marketing team
Other tasks as required by line manager
Keep the marketing department’s documennt to date and organized
Comply with the Company’s processes, procedures, regulations, and standards
Strive to reach the Company’s Vision and live with our Core Values

Education: From Degree of Associates in Marketing, Communications, advertising or related field
2nd language ability: Fair English
Computer usage ability: MS. Office (Word, Excel, Power-point)
Related experiences: At least 1 year of experience in similar position
Essential Capabilities:
React with speed (and sound judgment), deliver projects on time
Coordination of multiple projects
High attention to detail, meticulousness, and ability to perform duties with a high degree of accuracy
Good communication skills; build solid relationships internally and externally
Writing skills
Hands-on experience managing the day-to-day execution of detailed, large-scale campaigns
Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work with minimal supervision
Basic knowledge of Accounting or Legal guidelines/contracts, as well as experience in Marketing or Retail administration, is a plus
