Rebate Management
Support the calculation, validation, and tracking of vendor rebates, trade promotions, and commercial agreements.
Ensure rebate accruals are accurate and recorded in a timely manner.
Monitor rebate spending against approved budgets and highlight any variances.
Assist in monthly rebate reconciliation and closing activities.
Maintain rebate-related documentation and ensure compliance with company policies.
Gross Margin Management
Prepare and analyze gross margin reports by customer, product, and channel.
Identify drivers affecting gross margin, including pricing, rebates, discounts, and product mix.
Support margin improvement initiatives by providing financial insights and analysis.
Assist in monitoring pricing performance and profitability across commercial activities.
Business Partnering
Collaborate with Sales and Commercial teams to provide financial analysis that supports business decisions.
Support financial evaluation of promotions, pricing proposals, and customer deals.
Prepare regular performance reports and dashboards for stakeholders.
Participate in monthly business reviews and provide variance analysis against budget and forecast.

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Banking, Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field.
2nd Language Ability: Good English.
Computer Usage Ability: Microsoft Office, especially Microsoft Excel.
Related Experiences: 0–1 year of experience in rebate management, finance, or accounting.
Essential Capabilities: Candidates should have strong attention to detail, a high level of accuracy, and good communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with various teams and stakeholders.
