This role owns campaign execution and performance reporting, and is expected to grow into greater ownership of planning and strategy over time. You
will manage both agency-run and internally-run campaigns, own billing and related paperwork, and apply AI to improve how the work gets done. The ideal
candidate is hands-on, detail-oriented, and comfortable owning outcomes in a fast-paced, data-driven environment.
Contribute to and grow into digital marketing planning and strategy, including leading standalone projects and campaigns.
Oversee execution of digital marketing campaigns — act as the main point of contact and own performance accountability for agency-run campaigns, and directly set up, monitor, and optimize internally-run campaigns.
Own performance reporting, including building and maintaining dashboards to track results
Own billing and related paperwork for digital marketing activities.
Apply AI tools to improve efficiency across planning, execution, and reporting.
Keep informed about the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing.

Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or related field.
1 year of working experience in Performance Marketing/ Digital Marketing (having working experience in pharmaceutical companies is a plus)
Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing tools
Performance & KPI management skills
Ability to analyze data and provide actionable insights
Attention to detail and organizational abilities
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
