Conduct Training Needs Analysis (TNA)
Design training content and curriculum.
Plan, organize, and execute training sessions.
Track and evaluate training effectiveness using KPIs (post-training assessments, participant feedback, job
Update training content based on real-time needs.
Propose improvements or replacements for ineffective programs.
Prepare periodic reports on training results and areas for improvement.
Propose long-term training development plans.
Monitor training costs and ensure budget compliance.
Bachelor’s degree from university in Human Resources, Business Administration or similar majors
5 years of experience in training and development, with 3 years as Senior Trainer and 2 years as similar
Having knowledge in Retail, F&B is an advantage
Leadership skills: Ability to effectively guide and lead the team.
Analytical and planning skills: Analyze training needs and create appropriate plans.
Communication skills: Communicate clearly and collaborate effectively with departments.
Time management skills: Organize tasks efficiently to meet deadlines.
Evaluation and problem-solving skills: Assess training quality and handle situations flexibly.
Professional expertise: Knowledgeable about training methods and business operations.
Creative and improvement mindset: Propose and implement ideas to enhance training effectiveness.
Technological skills: Proficient in online training tools and management software
