  • Review and validate information before communicating it to Marketing for Tops Market.
  • Compare the offers with catalogues N-1 and alarm to superior hierarchical if anormal: Products under-performance / duplication of needed unit / Principals segments not covered by offer / Anormal against to catalogue theme
  • Consolidate commercial lists of category manager
  • Consolidate products proposals and elaborate implementation plan of promotional zone, and share with related dept
  • In charge of all the reports for Promotions Campaigns and Catalogue performance: Daily/weekly margin report, Catalogue report, Campaigns report (The One, Price Campaign), Masterfile update and all other related reports asked by Promotion Manager
  • In charge of doing the deck report for Weekly and Monthly reports
  • Other tasks related to data report and number consolidation
  • Analytical Thinking: Excel at interpreting market data and trends
  • Planning & Coordination: Masterful at aligning with Category and Commercial Managers
  • Communication: Clear and effective with teams and suppliers. Fluent English.
  • Problem-Solving: Quick to identify irregularities (e.g., under-performance, duplications)
  • Report Generation: Skilled in creating detailed reports (e.g., margin, campaigns)
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
  • Experience: 2-4 years in retail planning or category management
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in Excel, data analysis tools, and presentation software
  • Proactive Attitude: Eager to consolidate plans and anticipate needs
  • Team Player: Collaborative and adaptable in a fast-paced environment
