Report HSE incidents and share lessons learned and best practices within the unit and Factory. Track and report Operating System & Sustainability objectives and KPIs to the HSE/SA Manager.
Implement HSE policies and standards, ensuring audits are completed
Support HSE risk assessments with line managers and shop floor employees
Promote behavioral change by deploying Group-wide improvement programs to strengthen safety culture and environmental awareness across the organization.
Engage internal and external stakeholders (customers, suppliers, etc.) to communicate HSE performance, build commitment, and gather objective feedback.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and business partners to improve HSE performance.
Ensure safety equipment and tools are available and properly used. Identify training needs, coordinate delivery with the shared service center, and ensure compliance with HSE & Sustainability Operating System and ISO 14001/45001 standards.
Contribute to and execute HSE and Sustainability projects, monitoring objectives, resources, manpower, budget, and key project outcomes
