• Understanding of maintenance management processes, including work orders, preventive maintenance, asset management, and inventory management.
• Experience participating in requirement gathering workshops and documenting business requirements.
• Ability to work directly with business users and translate operational needs into functional solutions.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Rail industry experience is an advantage but not mandatory.
• Your Skills and Experience
• Technical Skills / Systems Experience Required
• Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Engineering, Information Systems or a related field.
• IBM Maximo related certification is a plus.
• 1-5 years of experience working with IBM Maximo as a Functional Consultant, Business Analyst, or Application Consultant.
• Experience configuring and supporting core Maximo modules such as Work Management, Asset Management, Preventive Maintenance, or Inventory Management.
• Familiarity with system testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and defect management.
• Basic understanding of integrations, data migration, and reporting concepts within Maximo environments is preferred.
