  • Arrange trucks and coordinate vendors for pick-up and delivery.
  • Monitor shipment progress and resolve operational issues.
  • Follow up deliveries and provide timely status updates.
  • Collect and compare trucking buying rates from vendors.
  • Check transportation costs by route, truck type and service requirements.
  • Prepare selling rates and quotations based on customer requirements.
  • Ensure pricing, service scope and quotation details are accurate.
  • Maintain traceable records of buying rates, selling rates and quotations.
  • Coordinate with trucking vendors, drivers and customers.
