Supporting internal activities facing all Sales Functions
Supporting the external activities facing HWL’s clients
Commercial issues:
Obtaining rates
Cost validation or negotiation
Giving ad-hoc quotation to customer
Act as sales indoor to execute sales process when required.
Joint-sales visits with different Sales Functions in order to support the commercial communication and business execution in later stages.
Business execution
Giving shipping instruction to operation
Support to adherence to shipping instruction and SOPs
Administration and back-up
Coordinate internally with team member for related reports (sales activities; CRM dashboard; monthly/weekly sales report; minutes of meeting; etc.)
Provide instant support to Sales Management or Sales colleagues in term of interfacing with customers; internal/external stakeholders when necessary.
Inter-faces
Country Sales All Functions – provide support on non-customer direct and internal issues
Operation – Pricing info & business execution
Pricing – cost building up
HWL Networks – Obtain cost & further support business execution
