Identify and develop new business opportunities in international air freight services for importers, exporters, and logistics partners.
Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers focused on air cargo solutions.
Conduct client meetings to understand shipment requirements and provide tailored air freight solutions (direct, consol, express, etc.).
Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify growth opportunities.
Actively drive business development to achieve air freight sales targets set by the company.
Collaborate closely with customer service, operations, and airline partners to ensure smooth shipment execution.
Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and service-related issues professionally and in a timely manner.
Report directly to the General Manager.
