- Handle day-to-day finance and accounts receivable activities, including reviewing, verifying, and posting invoices and financial transactions into the accounting system, while maintaining accurate and complete accounting records.
- Monitor customer accounts and accounts receivable balances, track collection status, and follow up with relevant internal stakeholders on outstanding receivables.
- Coordinate with the Company's appointed local accounting/tax advisor for the preparation and issuance of e-Invoices, ensuring that all required billing information and supporting documentation are accurate and provided to the advisor within the required timeframe.
- Review e-Invoices issued by the local advisor for accuracy, including customer details, transaction information, amounts, and tax treatment; coordinate with the advisor on adjustments, where required.
- Ensure local finance and accounting processes comply with applicable Vietnam statutory requirements and escalate matters requiring further guidance to the Regional Finance Team.
- Prepare and perform monthly intercompany settlements, including coordinating settlement details, processing the relevant transactions, and following through to completion.
- Maintain complete and accurate financial records and supporting documentation, including customer and supplier agreements, invoices, and other relevant documents, in accordance with Company policies and statutory requirements.
- Perform other finance, administrative, and ad-hoc duties as assigned by management.
