  • Responsible for identifying, developing, and expanding potential customer sources for LCL (Less-than-Container Load) freight forwarding solutions.
  • Establish, strengthen, and optimize long-term business relationships with both existing customers and new partners.
  • Proactively understand each company's logistics needs and propose the most optimal and suitable transportation solutions.
  • Develop pricing proposals, prepare quotations, and closely follow up on negotiations to successfully close deals.
  • Work closely with the Operations, Customer Service, and Documentation teams to ensure smooth and efficient order processing.
  • Closely monitor shipment status and promptly respond to any inquiries or issues raised by customers/partners.
  • Regularly update logistics market trends to identify and proactively capitalize on new business opportunities.
  • Achieve assigned sales targets and prepare periodic activity reports as directed by management.
  • Bachelor's degree in Logistics & Transportation, International Trade, Foreign Trade Economics, Maritime Studies, or a related field.
  • 1–2 years of practical experience in Sales/Business Development within the Freight Forwarding industry; experience and a strong background in LCL services is preferred.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong business relationships.
  • Proficiency in English for daily business communication and handling industry-related documents.
  • Proactive, passionate, and results-oriented with the ability to work independently and perform effectively under high sales pressure.
