Tổng quan

🔹 Lead the design and implementation of enterprise security solutions (SOC, IAM, DevSecOps).
🔹 Drive Cyber Security, Technology Risk, Fraud Management, and AML initiatives across the Core Banking ecosystem.
🔹 Conduct Security Architecture Reviews and ensure all projects meet security and regulatory requirements before Go-Live.
🔹 Collaborate with business and technology teams to strengthen cyber resilience and protect customer data.
Your Skills and Experience
Who We're Looking For:
10–15 years of experience in Information Security, including at least 5 years as a Security Architect, Head of Security, or CISO within a financial institution.
Hands-on experience in designing, implementing, or operating a Security Operations Center (SOC).
Strong understanding of banking regulations and security compliance, including:
State Bank of Vietnam (SBV) Information Security regulations

Vietnam Personal Data Protection regulations
Professional certifications such as:
CISSP, CISM, or CISA (strongly preferred; expected for Head-level candidates)
CEH
ISO/IEC 27001 Lead Auditor
PCI-DSS QSA certification or experience is a strong advantage for candidates specializing in payment security and fraud prevention.
