Controlling, reporting, and presenting the Financial Statements of the company.
Checking financial period closing and year closing procedures are carried out as required.
Be-in-charge of the preparation of Group reports (BS-PL-OH-Capex) and local statutory reports (including Investment project reports, quarterly VAT and CIT reports, CIT finalization reports, and Audited FS as per VAS), and TP matters.
Minimizing Company risk, preparing accurate aging reports, maintaining collection strategy and credit risk management with Distributors and Key Accounts
Providing the necessary support and following up on accounts reconciliations and accruals before monthly closing.
Provide requirements of controlling for FI, AA, SD, and MM modules to the SAP team and prepare UAT set up to ensure the SAP setup is in line with planning.
Carrying out the accounting of personnel expenses and following up on payment approvals.
Manage Monthly, Quarterly and Annual Cash Flow and Actual versus forecast variance analysis
Establish and maintain financial policies and procedures for the company
Being responsible for the performance and improving competencies, knowledge, and managerial skills of the general accounting team and organizational efficiency.
Deep knowledge of Tax regulations and VAS in the country
Build relationships with the Tax team and control the process to get VAT refunds during the investment project period.
Manage relationship with external auditors
Other tasks assigned by Line Manager
