Develop manufacturing processes by analyzing drawings to meet all customer requirements.
Manage projects, including controlling project milestones and resource planning.
Implement pilot production development and first product development to meet delivery targets.
Develop technical documentation: BOM, manufacturing documents, work instructions, etc.
Knowledge of NC programs for new products.
Evaluate and select the necessary cutting tools for new products is an advantage.
Resolve production issues and implement corrective actions.
Evaluate and improve processes within the production system.
Other tasks as assigned by the Department Head.
