- Manage the full recruitment cycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding coordination.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and develop effective recruitment plans.
- Source candidates through various channels, including LinkedIn, job portals, social media, referrals, and networking.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
- Conduct interviews and assess candidates' qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.
- Coordinate interview schedules and ensure a smooth recruitment process for both candidates and hiring managers.
- Develop and execute employer branding initiatives to strengthen the company's presence across recruitment platforms and social media.
- Prepare recruitment reports, monitor hiring metrics, and recommend improvements to optimize recruitment efficiency.
- Stay updated on recruitment trends, market insights, and talent acquisition best practices.
- Support onboarding activities and other HR administrative tasks when required.
- At least 3 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment, preferably within a Digital Marketing, E-commerce, Technology, or Agency environment.
- Proven experience in hiring for multiple functions and seniority levels.
- Strong sourcing skills using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, social media, and other recruitment channels.
- Excellent interviewing, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience in employer branding or recruitment marketing is an advantage.
- Proactive, results-driven, and able to manage multiple hiring projects in a fast-paced environment.
