About the Role:
We are looking for UX Researcher to help shape product decisions through deep user understanding, behavioral insights, and evidence-based research.
This role will work closely with Product, Design, Data, Engineering, and Business teams to uncover user needs, validate product assumptions, and translate research findings into actionable product direction.
Lead end-to-end UX research projects, from research planning, method selection, execution, synthesis to insight delivery.
Conduct qualitative and quantitative research, including user interviews, usability testing, surveys, concept testing, journey mapping, and behavioral analysis.
Translate user insights into clear recommendations that influence product strategy, roadmap, and feature development.
Partner with Product Managers, Designers, Data and Engineering teams to validate problems, improve user experience, and reduce product risks.
Monitor market trends, competitor products, and user behavior changes to identify new product opportunities.
Build research standards, knowledge-sharing practices, and promote a user-centered culture across product teams.

3+ years of experience in UX Research, User Research, Human-Centered Design, or related fields.
Background in Human-Computer Interaction, Psychology, Cognitive Science, Behavioral Science, Human Factors, or equivalent disciplines.
Strong experience with both qualitative and quantitative research methods.
Proven ability to turn complex research findings into actionable product and business insights.
Strong stakeholder management, communication, storytelling, and presentation skills.
Experience working with digital products at scale, consumer technology, AI products, fintech, social platforms, or super apps is a strong plus.
