  • As a Partner Solution Integration Specialist, you will be responsible for identifying, evaluating, and integrating best-in-class third-party technology solutions into VinSmartFuture's Smart City platform. Your mission is to accelerate product innovation by leveraging proven market solutions while ensuring seamless integration, scalability, security, and long-term maintainability.
  • Working closely with Product Managers, Solution Architects, Engineering, AI, Data, DevOps, Security, Operations teams, and external technology partners, you will drive technical evaluations, Proof of Concepts (PoCs), integration architecture, and partner lifecycle management to deliver reusable capabilities that reduce time-to-market and optimize total cost of ownership.
  • Research emerging technologies and establish strategic relationships with technology partners across Smart City domains, including AI & Computer Vision, IoT, Access Control, Smart Parking, Building Management Systems (BMS), Energy Management Systems (EMS), Digital Twin, Urban Data Platforms, Public Safety, and Security solutions.
  • Evaluate third-party products using standardized assessment frameworks covering business capabilities, technical architecture, API/SDK maturity, cybersecurity, data governance, scalability, service reliability, commercial models, and vendor capabilities.
  • Develop Build vs. Buy vs. Partner business cases by analyzing implementation costs, total cost of ownership (TCO), return on investment (ROI), time-to-market, technical risks, and long-term sustainability.
  • Design integration architectures and standardized interfaces to ensure third-party solutions integrate seamlessly with the Smart City platform while maintaining consistency, security, interoperability, and operational scalability.
  • Collaborate with Solution Architects, Product Managers, Engineering, AI, Data Platform, DevOps, DevSecOps, Security, and Operations teams throughout solution design and implementation.
  • Lead technical workshops, Proof of Concept (PoC) initiatives, pilot deployments, integration testing, solution acceptance, and knowledge transfer activities with internal teams and external partners.
  • Coordinate issue resolution, change requests, dependency management, and release planning throughout the solution implementation lifecycle.
  • Manage strategic technology partners by monitoring product roadmaps, software versions, licensing, SLAs, security updates, compliance requirements, and vendor performance after production deployment.
  • Develop reusable integration assets, including connectors, integration toolkits, onboarding standards, technical documentation, and knowledge repositories that can be leveraged across multiple Smart City projects.
  • Continuously identify opportunities to improve integration efficiency, accelerate deployment timelines, and reduce operational complexity across the Smart City ecosystem.

Yêu cầu

  • Required
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, Telecommunications, Electronics, Automation, or a related engineering discipline.
  • At least 5 years of experience in Solution Architecture, System Integration, Enterprise Integration, Software Engineering, or technology product development, preferably working with multiple technology vendors or solution providers.
  • Strong understanding of enterprise integration technologies, including REST APIs, gRPC, SDK integration, Event-driven Architecture, OAuth2/OpenID Connect (OIDC), Message Brokers, and API management.
  • Solid knowledge of Cloud platforms, Edge Computing, IoT ecosystems, distributed systems, data platforms, DevOps, DevSecOps, and enterprise software architecture.
  • Experience evaluating third-party technology solutions, conducting vendor assessments, managing technical Proof of Concepts (PoCs), and supporting technology selection processes.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess Build vs. Buy decisions, TCO, ROI, technical feasibility, and business value.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, communication, presentation, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Good English communication skills with the ability to work directly with international partners and review technical documentation (equivalent to IELTS 6.0 or TOEIC 700+).
  • Professional certifications such as TOGAF, AWS/Azure/GCP Solutions Architect, Kubernetes (CKA/CKAD), PMP, Agile certifications, ITIL, or relevant cybersecurity certifications.
  • Experience integrating Smart City platforms, IoT ecosystems, Intelligent Transportation Systems, Smart Buildings, AI solutions, or enterprise digital platforms.
  • Familiarity with enterprise architecture frameworks, API governance, microservices architecture, event streaming platforms, and hybrid cloud environments.
  • Experience working with global technology vendors, negotiating technical requirements, and managing strategic technology partnerships.
  • Knowledge of Digital Twin technologies, urban data platforms, AI-powered analytics, or intelligent infrastructure solutions is a strong advantage.
  • Experience building reusable integration frameworks, connector libraries, or enterprise integration platforms is highly desirable.
