Partner with business leaders to drive HR strategy aligned with business goals.
Lead workforce planning, organizational design and talent planning to support business growth.
Own and optimize Total Rewards strategy, including compensation, benefits and performance management.
Drive HR initiatives across talent management, succession planning, employee engagement and organizational effectiveness.
Provide data-driven HR insights and recommendations to senior management.

Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration or related field.
10+ years of HR experience, with strong HRBP/HR leadership experience.
Strong expertise in Workforce Planning and Total Rewards.
Proven experience partnering with senior business leaders in a fast-paced environment.
Strong analytical, strategic thinking and stakeholder management skills.
Fluent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
Strong leadership, ownership and execution mindset.
Willingness to travel as required.
