We are looking for an experienced HR Specialist (C&B) to join our Total Reward team within The Group HR Division. The role focuses on developing, implementing, and improving compensation, reward, benefits, and performance management policies across the organization.
Develop and review policies related to salary, bonus, allowance, benefits, and rewards.
Provide consultation and guidance to business units on the consistent implementation of C&B policies.
Review, assess, and consolidate proposals related to salary adjustments and employee rewards.

5+ years of HR experience, with at least 3 years specializing in Compensation & Benefits.
Strong experience in C&B policy, salary review, compensation structure, bonus, benefits, and reward programs.
Experience working in an organization with 1,000+ employees is preferred.
Bachelor’s degree with Good/Excellent academic performance.
Good command of English, both written and spoken.
Strong proficiency in Excel, analytical, and project coordination skills; proficiency in Power BI is an advantage.
Proactive, agile, detail-oriented, collaborative, and able to work under pressure.
