Creative Development
Oversee the process of entertainment programing and Concept, design development
Ensure creative intent is met across all aspects of the Project Team.
Collaborate with different teams within organization, from Design
Management to marketing to operation, allowing for multiple disciplines to contribute artistically to ideation and project execution.
Present updates to scope and creative vision to Head of Creative Direction, as well as to other departments’ project team.
Product / industry analysis and recommendations. Research & analyze new business models, new trends and new technologies.
Project Coordination
Partner with Head of Creative Direction to oversee scope/schedule/organizational planning for Creative efforts across the Project
Partner with the producer to provide routine creative briefs to Head of
Creative Direction, elevating any decisions that may impact scope, schedule or budget.
Coordinate workflows across internal teams and external freelancers.
Collaborate closely with Project Management and Producers to establish and maintain clear expectations and deliverables for on-time execution.
Lead workflow processes for the creative team, ensuring smooth operations.
Ensure key project information and updates are properly circulated.
Source creative vendors and suppliers and coordination with external specialists when required.
