Tổng quan
- Checking daily sales of each tenant accurately and fully.
- Verify daily sales with cash report and make adjustment if any.
- Upload sales transaction of tenants day by day
- Reconcile bank statement & tenant’s sales with SAP
- Manage short term lease-non tenant, follow up payment to meet the requirement of company policy
- Issue invoice & Aging report on time.
- Crosscheck sales and tenant fee by each tenant
- Invoicing control for tenant
- Short term lease-non tenant manage
- Tenant mangement compliance
Yêu cầu
- Bachelor Degree in accounting.
- At least 3-years experience
- Knowledge of Vietnamese financial law
- Fluent English skills (both written and verbal).
- Familiar with using SAP/ accounting system.
- Ability to work both independently and as a team member under high pressure.
- Good inter-personal and reporting skills.
- Negotiation and problem solving skills.
- Enthusiasm, adaptability, team-spirit are required
