- a. Merchandise management
- Follow Standard Operation Procedure (SOP) and instruction of supervisors to prepare, manufacture, package, and other tasks in the production line
- Manage backroom in a tidy and categorized manner. Strictly follow FIFO rules for materials.
- Adhere to highest standard of food safety and hygine accordance with company policy.
- Understand and act in accordance with company and site rules and regulations.
- Perform work as a member of a team in accordance with safety and health regulations.
- Report, communicate, and consult with superiors promptly in the event of unusual occurrences.
- b. Non-merchandise management
- Ensure operational equipment, lighting, and fixtures (gondolas, wagons, shelves, etc.) are in good condition and cleaned.
- Ensure work area and backyard are clean and tidy.
- Carry out fire safety procedure properly.
- Rules and Regulations
- Follow all working procedures, the company’s policies, rules and regulations.
- Other tasks or responsibilities as assigned by Group Leader, Division Leader and Deputy Manager.
- Strict adherence to rules and regulations, health and safety rules.
Yêu cầu
- High school graduation
- Good communication, problem solving skills
- A sense of responsibility to complete assigned tasks.
- An honest heart.
- Ability to understand and act upon rules and regulations.
- Ability to communicate in English (verbal & written) is a plus
