Tổng quan

  • Train for store staff and observe the actual operations to give advice and support store
  • a. Merchandise Management
  • Supervision & Standards: Supervise staff to ensure merchandise is fully stocked and maintained in good condition and quality. Monitor merchandise display according to the planogram, ensure prices on products match shelf tags, and verify that price checks on POS/HHTT and shelf-tag replacements (if necessary) are completed before opening hours.
  • Inventory Management: Oversee the ordering process from suppliers and goods receipt from MMD to ensure a seamless supply chain during transition or opening phases. Manage inventory levels, initiate reorders when stock reaches established thresholds, and handle returns of damaged goods.
  • b. Equipment Management
  • Operational Readiness: Monitor the status of operational equipment, lighting systems, and display fixtures (gondolas, carts, shelves, etc.) to ensure the sales floor remains safe and fully functional.
  • Safety & Standards Compliance: Enforce fire safety protocols and ensure the sales area remains clean and organized.
  • c. Production Plan Control
  • Planning: Coordinate production plans based on opening demand forecasts.
  • Standards & Quality: Supervise processing procedures, ensuring compliance with material usage standards (recipe adherence), minimizing waste, and meeting food safety and hygiene standards.
  • d. DWS Management
  • Establish and disseminate detailed task schedules for G1 (Level 1 staff) to ensure every position understands their responsibilities. Closely monitor the training process for new employees, ensuring personnel adhere strictly to operational procedures.
  • e. Stock take:
  • Training stock take process and support the new store for the first stock take
  • Support the existing stores:
  • Ready to support the existing stores that lack of staff as assign from the Task Force Deputy Manager
  • Cooperate with the existing store to finish the task
  • Follow the existing store regulation
  • Support other departments for staff development, operation improvement
  • Other tasks or responsibilities as assigned by direct Deputy Manager, Manager.
  • Support the existing stores

Yêu cầu

  • External: Vocational Diploma
  • Internal: High School & RT1
  • Customer focused
  • Self-disciplined with ability to work independently
  • Computer literate (Word, Excel & Powerpoint).
  • Good communication, problem solving and leadership skills
  • Required: Willingness to travel for new store opening support. When there is no new store opening, the employee will work at the store assigned by the Taskforce Deputy Manager.
  • Be able to work at shift & on Public holidays
  • Have ability to relocate to other Stores as per Company's assignment is a plus
