Tổng quan

  • Manage RDC operation expense:
  • Monitor and review expenses related to the DC department, ensuring that incurred costs are reasonable and align with the approved budget.
  • Analyze and report expenses to the DC management, suggesting cost-saving measures when necessary
  • Ensure timely payments to vendors, verifying and validating expense invoices.
  • Track and review cost estimates to ensure they do not exceed the allocated budget for the DC department
  • Manage RDC operation process:
  • Review and monitor RDC operation process
  • Ensure the proper execution of the processes.
  • Track and optimize the RDC process.
  • Analyze processes and propose improvements when necessary.
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to RDC operations
  • Report on operational performance and processes.
  • Manage the setting in system relate to supplier join RDC:
  • Set up supplier join RDC for delivery location & delivery lead time
  • Ensure the correct input of supplier information into the system.
  • Monitor and resolve any system issues related to supplier
  • Coordinate with IT to solve issue related to system
  • Make report as requested by the manager
  • Manage communications with internal or external stakeholders on behalf of DC department
  • Prepare and review documents, reports, or correspondence as needed.
  • Perform ad-hoc tasks or duties as directed by the supervisor.
  • Research and provide data or insights requested by the manager
  • Assist in preparing presentations or materials for meetings
  • Support in special projects as assigned by the manager
  • Manage RDC operation expense
  • Manage RDC operation process
  • Manage the setting in system relate to supplier join RDC
  • Support to create detailed DC project plan and implementation plan
  • Support in addressing issues related to Supply Chain Management and implementing improvements

Yêu cầu

  • Bachelor Degree in Supply chain, Logistics or other business related field required
  • 3+ years in warehouse management or related experience
  • Proficient understanding of multiple Supply Chain Service Line experience (Transportation, Warehouse
  • Lead Logistics Provider, etc.) preferred
  • Experience in Retail is a plus.
  • Full proficiency in English
  • MS Office Suite (specifically Excel)
  • Details oriented and multi-tasks handling ability
  • Well-organized, time-management, leadership skills and can-do attitude having
  • Ability to definite problems, solve the problems and deal with difficult situations
  • Ability to focus and remain on task in a fast paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude
