Tổng quan

  • Lead and manage business development, investment, M&A, and project development activities to support the company's growth strategy.
  • Drive financial structuring, partner negotiations, and cross-functional coordination to secure successful deal execution and project financing.
  • PRINCIPLE ACCOUNTABILITIES:
  • Lead end-to-end or partial M&A, strategic cooperation, and DPPA transactions, including deal sourcing; conduct pre-Due Diligence/KYC; analysis with running financial models; propose deal structure; negotiate; and post-deal execution in alignment with the company's strategy and objectives.
  • Identify, evaluate, and develop new business opportunities and renewable energy projects from origination through the development phase
  • Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders throughout the project development process
  • Track and analyze Vietnamese regulatory developments and government policies, assessing their impact across Gulf's business operations in Vietnam.
  • Cooperate with the Finance & Accounting team to structure and secure equity and debt financing for both existing and new projects.
  • Analyse, propose strategy and cooperate with relevant departments in PPA negotiation.
  • Lead coordinations, negotiations, and proactively build and maintain a strong network of external partners, brokers, and consultants to support deal execution, transaction processing, and other business development activities as required by the company.
  • Monitor market trends and demand dynamics for Environmental Attributes (including RECs, Carbon Credits, and equivalent instruments); develop proposals, and manage the registration and trading processes accordingly.
  • Undertake additional responsibilities as assigned by the line manager.
