KOL & MCN Partnership (70%)
Source, negotiate, and book Mid-tier KOLs, Top KOLs, livestream creators, MCNs, and agencies for livestream and marketing campaigns.
Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with influencers and partners.
Negotiate commercial terms, contracts, deliverables, and campaign timelines.
Coordinate campaign execution, ensuring all deliverables are completed on schedule.
Monitor campaign performance (GMV, reach, engagement, conversion, ROI) and provide post-campaign evaluations.
Maintain and continuously expand the KOL and MCN databases.
In-house Livestream Management (30%)
Support planning and execution of in-house livestream sessions on TikTok Shop and other social commerce platforms.
Work with internal hosts/KOCs to improve livestream content, engagement, and conversion.
Monitor livestream performance and identify opportunities to optimize traffic, engagement, and GMV.
Continuously test new livestream formats, content ideas, and selling approaches

2–4 years of experience in Influencer Marketing, KOL Booking, Livestream Operations, or Partnership Management.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Public Relations, or a related field is preferred.
Strong network with Mid-tier KOLs, Top KOLs, MCNs, livestream creators, and talent agencies in Vietnam.
Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.
Hands-on experience in booking KOLs for livestream and social media campaigns.
Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
Experience in Beauty, Personal Care, Oral Care, or FMCG is preferred.
Basic Chinese or English communication skills are a plus.

Attractive and competitive income depending on professional ability. Negotiable with ability and competitive in the market.
Working hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM, Monday to Friday (Lunch break: 12:00 PM – 1:30 PM).
Full statutory insurance (Social Insurance, Health Insurance, and Unemployment Insurance) provided from the probation period.
13th-month salary and annual performance bonus based on the company's business results.
