Tổng quan

  • Receive and process customer orders, and confirm delivery schedules in coordination with relevant departments.
  • Prepare and coordinate production and delivery plans based on customer requirements, order priorities, and production capacity.
  • Monitor production and shipment progress to ensure orders are completed and delivered on schedule.
  • Coordinate with Production, Warehouse, Purchasing, Shipping, and other relevant departments to follow up on order status and address any delays or delivery-related issues.
  • Update and maintain order planning and delivery status records to ensure accurate and timely information.
  • Identify potential delays or issues affecting order fulfillment and coordinate with relevant parties to implement appropriate solutions.
  • Perform other duties and tasks as assigned by the Department Supervisor.
  • College or University degree, preferably in Production Management, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience in production planning, order management, or PMC, preferably in the plastic injection molding/manufacturing industry.
  • Understanding of production planning, order scheduling, and delivery coordination.
  • Good communication and coordination skills, with the ability to work effectively with different departments.
  • Good organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple orders and priorities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Good command of Chinese is preferred; English communication skills are an advantage.
