6+ years of experience in Business Analysis, Technical Business Analysis, or a similar role.
Experience working with banking, financial services, fintech, or digital platforms is highly valued.
Strong understanding of business processes, system integration, and data flows.
Hands-on experience with SQL and databases, or a willingness and ability to work confidently with data.
Experience documenting business requirements, functional specifications, use cases, workflows, and process maps.
Experience working with technical teams, including engineers, architects, product teams, or delivery teams.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to investigate issues and identify root causes.
Experience with UAT, testing, validation, or business sign-off.
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum ways of working.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
A proactive mindset, sense of ownership, and willingness to learn.
