Tổng quan
- Work according to the process:
- Handle shipment as per SOP, Handling Instructions.
- Receive booking from customer.
- Book with Airlines.
- Send confirmed booking to customer.
- Issue HBL/HAWB.
- Have Airline issued MBL/MAWB.
- Send pre-advice to Overseas Agent.
Yêu cầu
- Monitor and confirm Departure/ Arrival of freight.
- Enter all charges and profit shares into the system.
- Close file, pass invoices and credit memos.
- Post information on system.
- Regular work with House Airway bill, Freight Cargo Receipt, Delivery Order, Manifest, Amend manifest.
- Accurately complete all activities relating to the document processing, system input & update of Export Air within set KPIs.
- Assist supplier and customer queries.
- Arrange collections.
- Contribute to development of team.
- Assure timely & accurately billing and costing as per company policy.
- Perform other ad-hoc tasks assigned by the National Airfreight Manager.
