Drive the end-to-end implementation for assigned product initiatives and enhancements
Design product operational rules (OP Specs) in a way that best meets the needs for product design and optimizes system efforts while still meeting customer needs.
Responsible for ensuring all user requirements from all stakeholders align with product rules and set all the product rules on various systems.
Responsible to prepare product user requirements, test scenarios and conduct the user acceptance test (UAT) to ensure features are met expected outcomes.
Responsible to manage Day-1 items, and ensure products are launched with a clear checklist of all necessary requirements for launch.
Drive and follow up to implementation of Day-2 items to ensure systems are developed in timely manager.
Design product operational rules in a way that best meets the needs for product design and optimize system efforts while still meeting customer needs.
Review and optimize all steps during the product implementation process
Review all product-related documents, including Terms and Conditions, Sales illustration, Operation Specs, etc.
Other tasks as assigned by the line manager.
