Tổng quan

Develop and maintain ETL/ELT pipelines (batch + near real-time)
Integrate data from multiple sources (Claims, Member Data, Finance, APIs, Applications, CMS)
Build and optimize data models for analytics and AI training
Work with Azure Data Services (Blob, Data Lake, Azure SQL, Service Bus, etc.)
Ensure data quality, validation, and logging mechanisms
Support AI model training by preparing structured datasets
Assist in building dashboards for operations monitoring
Your Skills and Experience
Because of recruitment needs, we accept Vietnamese candidates only
2–5 years of experience in Data Engineering
Strong Python + SQL skills
Experience with data pipelines (Airflow / Prefect / Azure Data Factory / similar)
Familiar with cloud platforms (Azure preferred)
Experience handling structured + semi-structured data
Experience leveraging AI/ML techniques to enhance data processing, database optimization, data quality monitoring, or intelligent data workflows is a plus
Excellent written and spoken English; able to communicate effectively with regional and global stakeholder is a plus
