Build up working SOP of Reinsurance Dept. according to laws and company regulations
Set up yearly reinsurance programs for all business
Manage and oversee the non-life reinsurance operations at Fubon Vietnam Insurance.
Develop and maintain relationships with reinsurers and other stakeholders.
Analyze and assess risks associated with reinsurance contracts.
Prepare and present reports on reinsurance performance and strategies.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment on risk management practices.
Monitor market trends and regulatory changes affecting the reinsurance landscape.
Provide training and guidance to junior staff on reinsurance processes and best practices.
