Tổng quan

To execute the aligned customer & strategy business plan in a profitable and sustainable way for
Customer Management: Work with customers for: monthly promotion, visibility, new product
listings, payment.
Target Achievement: Execute monthly plans to deliver sales target and other KPIs related.
Cross-function: Coordinate with cross-functions (Trade Marketing, Sales Capibility, Finance) for
monthly promotion, reports, and payment process.
Order and stock management: Stock forecast & inventory monitor with Supply Chain. Tracking &
following up customers’ orders.
Operation:
+ Coordinate with the customers to ensure consistency and compliance in the company's
programs, activities, events, etc. at stores.
+ Trade term tracking and follow-up Customer Credit management.
+ Collaborate with Sales Operation team to ensure the execution of in-store merchandising
display (main-shelf, off-shelf display), POSM & activation activities in assigned
customers.
+ Market Analysis: Monitor competitor pricing, product launches, and retail trends to spot new
business opportunities.
+ Develop relationship with customers.
+ Other tasks as assigned by Line Manager.
