Brand Strategy: Collaborate with brand consultants to build, refine, and enforce asset identities.
Campaign Execution: Launch integrated online and offline campaigns aligned with sales and leasing targets.
Agency Management: Direct creative, PR, digital, and event agencies to guarantee high-quality deliverables.
Content Production: Supervise the creation of brochures, videos, 3D renderings, and OOH advertisements.
Customer Insight: Conduct customer journey research to enhance the end-to-end brand experience.
Financial Oversight: Build and track marketing budgets, ensuring strict cost control and ROI tracking.
Cross-Functional Alignment: Partner with Leasing, Project Development, and R&D teams to streamline project timelines.
Performance Reporting: Monitor, analyze, and present marketing KPIs to senior management regularly.
