- 3+ years of experience in Project Management, Software Development, Technical Lead, Scrum Master, or related roles.
- Experience managing software development projects in an Agile environment.
- Experience working directly with customers and cross-functional teams.
- Experience in IT Outsourcing or Offshore Development is highly preferred.
- Experience managing multiple projects or distributed teams is an advantage.

- Japanese: JLPT N2 or above.
- Good English communication skills or strong English communication skills with experience working directly with international customers.
