Tổng quan

  • Design, build and optimize Data Products using a medallion architecture (Bronze, Silver, Gold) to support business reporting, analytics and AI use cases.
  • Develop and maintain data pipelines, workflows and data transformations using Databricks, SQL, Python/PySpark and Delta Lake.
  • Design and manage reusable data models, business metrics and semantic layers to enable consistent data consumption across teams.
  • Establish and maintain data governance standards through Unity Catalog, including metadata, lineage, ownership and access controls.
  • Improve data quality, freshness, observability and trustworthiness through monitoring, validation and automated testing.
  • Configure, maintain and continuously improve Databricks Genie by defining business context, trusted queries, benchmark questions and evaluation processes.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders, data owners, SMEs, platform and AI teams to understand requirements and deliver scalable data solutions.
  • Produce clear technical documentation and ensure solutions are maintainable and reusable.
  • Mentor junior team members and contribute to knowledge sharing and capability development within the team.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Data Engineering, Data Products, Analytics Engineering, or related data platform roles.
  • Strong experience with Databricks, SQL, Python/PySpark, Delta Lake and data pipelines/workflows.
  • Solid understanding of data modelling, including facts, dimensions, business keys and domain models.
  • Experience with Unity Catalog, metadata management, lineage and access control.
  • Knowledge of semantic layers, business metrics, data quality and Databricks Genie.
  • Professional working proficiency in English, written and spoken.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills across business and technical teams.
  • Ability to explain complex technical concepts in business language.
  • Proactive, ownership-driven and product-oriented mindset.
  • Strong collaboration, documentation and problem-solving skills.
  • Leadership and coaching capabilities to support future team growth.
