Tổng quan

  • Automation Testing (Core Focus):
  • Design, build, and maintain automated test scripts using frameworks such as Playwright, Selenium, or Cypress for core system workflows.
  • Integrate automated test suites into CI/CD pipelines to ensure release quality and continuous delivery.
  • Perform API testing (using Postman, RestAssured, or API automation libraries) and execute regular regression testing.
  • Test Strategy & Quality Mindset:
  • Analyze business requirements (SRS/User Stories) and Acceptance Criteria to create comprehensive Test Plans and Test Cases covering Happy Paths, Edge Cases, and Boundary Conditions.
  • Conduct functional testing (Web/App UI), workflow validations, and perform SQL database checks to verify data integrity and consistency.
  • Log, track, and manage defect lifecycles on Jira; collaborate closely with Developers and PMs to resolve issues efficiently.
  • AI & LLM Feature Testing:
  • Test AI/LLM-driven product features (e.g., AI Chatbots, automated data extraction, RAG workflows).
  • Evaluate AI output quality based on established criteria: accuracy, completeness, source attribution, and detection of AI hallucinations (incorrect or fabricated responses).
  • Test different prompt variations to compare performance, answer stability, and response consistency.
  • Leverage modern AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Copilot) to accelerate test case generation, test data creation, and script writing.
  • Experience & Quality Assurance:
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 2–4 years of experience in software testing (Manual and Automation).
  • Strong QA Mindset: Excellent analytical skills, attention to detail, strong logic for identifying system flaws, edge cases, and effective bug-hunting.
  • Automation & Tech Stack (Must-have):
  • Proficiency in at least one UI Automation framework (Playwright, Selenium, or Cypress) with corresponding programming languages (JavaScript/TypeScript, Python, or Java).
  • Solid hands-on experience in API testing with Postman or API automation libraries.
  • Proficiency in writing SQL queries to query, validate, and verify system database records.
  • AI Exposure & Willingness to Learn:
  • Prior experience testing AI/LLM features OR active use of GenAI assistants (ChatGPT, Claude, etc.) in daily QA workflows.
  • Open, curious mindset with a strong passion for specializing in AI Quality Assurance.
  • Hands-on experience testing GenAI applications, LLM Chatbots, or Big Data systems.
  • Familiarity setting up CI/CD test automation pipelines (GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Jenkins).
  • Basic understanding of RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) architecture or prompt engineering principles.
