Creating outbout delivery, commercial invoice, packing list, e-VAT invoice for export Custom in SAP and Sato
Checking import/export custom declaration: invoice, invoice date, amount, B/L no., packing list, ….and confirm with forwarder before transmit data to Custom network
Follow up custom classification to have appropriate action in case red line to prepare goods for inspection.
Extract data from E-custom to make filing (Customs Doc, Inovice, Packing list, B/L, contract)
Prepare data to get C/O from authorization
Contact with forwarder and customer about shipment details.
Issue e-VAT invoice, e-Delivery note
Involve in maintaining such activities towards Environmental Management System as keeping 5S, keeping clean environment, complying with the statutory requirements or company regulations on environmental protection etc.
Being able to appropriately identify the hazards and deal with the OH&S risks associated with their work and workplace.
