Tổng quan

Manage and coordinate Collections Division projects from initiation through implementation and operation.
Define project requirements, develop project plans, monitor timelines, and ensure projects (e.g., Vymo, Pega, and other initiatives) are delivered within scope and schedule.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet project requirements and resolve issues to ensure timely project delivery.
Monitor and evaluate project effectiveness while ensuring stable and efficient project operations.
Support the Line Manager in developing and implementing new initiatives and projects for the Collections Division.
Prepare periodic reports on project progress, status, and implementation results.
Ensure project execution and operational activities comply with approved regulations, policies, and procedures.
Perform other duties as assigned by the Line Manager.
