- Responsible for product strategy, roadmap planning and solution design for
- Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) to lead business analysis, solution design
- Serve as the key coordinator with FEC internal & VPBank, Risk, Compliance
- Management of product and portfolio
- Define product strategy, vision, and roadmap for CASA, Payments, Savings
- Card, Overdraft (OD), and other digital banking products.
- Conduct market research, competitor benchmarking, and digital banking
- trend analysis to identify growth opportunities and drive product innovation.
- Gather, analyze, and translate business requirements into end-to-end product
- solutions and business processes.
- Prepare and maintain product documentation, including Business
- Requirement Documents (BRD), Product Proposals, Business Rules, Product
- Policies, and operational guidelines.
- Design and optimize customer journeys, operating models, and service
- processes to enhance customer experience and operational efficiency.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams including Business, Technology, UX/UI
- Business Analysis, Testing, Operations, Risk, Compliance, and external
- partners to ensure successful product delivery.
- Monitor product performance and key business metrics, identify
- improvement opportunities, and drive continuous product optimization.
- Ensure all products, processes, and initiatives comply with regulatory
- requirements, internal policies, and governance standards of the State Bank
- of Vietnam (SBV), VPBank, and FE Credit.
- Identify and propose solutions to solve day-to-day business and project issues
- Escalate the issue to higher level to make sure problem quickly solved
- Proactively proposed practical solution to fix the issues
- Any additional ad-hoc tasks as required
