- Provide on-site technical support and troubleshooting to minimize machine downtime and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Diagnose and resolve electrical, automation, mechanical, and control system issues.
- Coordinate technical requirements for spare parts, machine conversions, new installations, and upgrade projects with customers and the manufacturer.
- Support machine installation, commissioning, upgrades, and conversions by coordinating activities between customers and factory service engineers.
- Prepare service reports, maintain technical documentation, and provide technical feedback.
- Submit monthly activity reports and provide progress updates on installation, upgrade, and conversion projects.
