Tổng quan

Daily Operational Monitoring, Communication and Coordination
Regular monitoring of the FSM digital tool status, with timely escalation to the KTE FSM Project Manager in case of any issues
Daily communication with customer and KTE to ensure clear alignment
KPI tracking and collecting, reporting to the KTE FSM Project Manager
Collect and report all technical and organizational topics related to Project FSM
Translation on regular and ad-hoc project documentation, FSM digital tool content and other KTE visitors for Project FSM
Organizing and maintaining all relevant project files, ensuring accurate filing and secure storage of information for easy access and traceability
Provide additional coordination and administrative support as required by KTE FSM Project Manager
Other relevant activities, tasks and duties resulting additionally from FSM Project operations on-site
Stock Management of FSM Parts on-site
Goods receipt and issuance of FSM parts, ensuring accurate tracking and documentation of all stock movements
Support on FSM parts import and export process
Receiving of FSM parts deliveries, physical check of FSM parts upon arrival on-site, organization of stock room
Collect and report FSM parts related topics to the KTE FSM Project Manager
Yearly and Quarterly stock taking

Language: Proficiency in Vietnamese and English
Strong willingness to adapt to business requirement
Bachelor's degree
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Highly organized, detailed & service-oriented with excellent time management
Minimum 2 years’ working experience
Strong communication and coordination skills
Warehouse management experience will be an advantage
