Tổng quan

  • Be responsible for the school network infrastructure, servers, and workstations. Deploy/install, maintain, upgrade IT equipment and standard applications for staff and students.
  • Ensure the network is operational and appropriate back up protocols are implemented including a disaster recovery plan.
  • Manage and maintain software licenses, upgrades.
  • Manage hardware warranties, service contracts and replacement cycles.
  • Manage all network cable, Server Room, Technical Rooms, ICT Labs to make sure all cable and relevant equipment are properly labled, tidy up and safe.
  • Manage and update version for all laptops, ViewSonic, Epson and other software.
  • Maintain an accurate inventory list and ensure proper storage and management of all physical equipment and tools. Prepare and Propose IT Budget, manage and report when .
  • Coordinate with IT Team and AVA Technician in manage and operation AVA .
  • Ensure data is stored securely and is always accessible (e.g., business continuity, disaster recovery and system back up).
  • Monitors and reports on network performance and usage, internet bandwidth.
  • Train users on correct and efficient use of hardware/software applications and ensure that it is compiled to the organization’s IT policy.
  • To work with the Regional IT Manager on IT Operations, Projects, Maintenance system to make sure that all are compliance with ISP Group and Region.
  • To work closely with the Landlord’s Maintenance Board to ensure proper maintenance and timely repairs of the provided CCTV, car parking, clocks, bells, and other related systems.To fulfil any reasonable additional responsibilities as may be from time to time requested by the Managers.
