- Execute short-term and swing trading strategies across global financial markets.

- Maintain detailed trade logs and participate in daily performance reviews to continuously improve execution quality.
- Collaborate with the trading team to share insights and optimize collective performance.
Quyền lợi
- Salary structure: Base salary + Allowances + Performance Commission
- Base Salary: USD 230 /month + Allowances (Night Shift + Transportation): USD 70 /month = USD 300 /month
- Performance Commission: Uncapped, directly tied to your trading results
- Estimated Total Monthly Salary: USD 300 – USD 800+ (top performers earn significantly more).
- Full training provided — no prior experience required
