Lead the end-to-end launch and operation of a new large/flagship retail concept, from planning through store opening and business growth.
Develop retail business plans, commercial calendars, product assortment, pricing, and go-to-market strategies in collaboration with regional and internal teams.
Coordinate cross-functional teams and external partners to ensure successful project execution.
Drive store readiness, customer journey, visual merchandising standards, operational excellence, and brand experience.
Monitor business performance, sales, inventory, KPIs, and customer insights to identify opportunities and optimize commercial results.
Build and maintain strong relationships with brand partners, landlords, vendors, and key business stakeholders.
Support hiring, onboarding, training, and capability development for the retail team supporting the new concept.
Identify opportunities to improve retail operations, customer experience, and future expansion initiatives.
Other tasks assigned by the Company.
