Share responsibility for overseeing WCU operations and promptly report any issues to the Management Board.
Collaborate in supervising and supporting junior staff to ensure effective performance.
Contribute to managing the wildlife crime database, ENV’s online tracking system, by ensuring accurate documentation, monitoring, and case management.
Lead daily staff meetings and provide guidance to ensure progress and resolution of all wildlife crime cases.
Manage WCU’s supplemental document system
Handle routine administrative tasks within the WCU
Communicate effectively with the team leader and manager
Conduct field surveys independently and produce detailed quality reports
Provide daily report updates of the WCU
Complete other duties and assignments as specified by the WCU Manager and Management Board.
