- English 1 Vietnam is seeking a proactive and highly organized Independent Contractor to support the Partnerships team. - Business Development Support (75%)
- Conduct outbound calls to prospective investors, referral partners, and business leads.
- Introduce the English 1 investment opportunity using approved scripts and materials.
- Screen and qualify prospects based on investment capacity, business experience, operational interest, preferred territory, and timeline.
- Schedule meetings between qualified prospects and the Business Development Manager.
- Follow up with prospects via phone, email, and messaging platforms.
- Maintain accurate CRM records and update the sales pipeline.
- Prepare weekly activity reports and lead conversion updates.
- Conduct market research and identify new investor and referral opportunities.
- Support investor meetings, Discovery Days, and partnership events.
- Office Administration (25%)
- Support day-to-day office administration and coordination.
- Coordinate meetings, visitor arrangements, and office logistics.
- Manage office supplies and liaise with vendors and service providers.
- Prepare business documents, filing systems, and data entry.
- Assist with travel bookings, meeting schedules, and event coordination.
- Provide general administrative support to the Partnerships team.
