Tổng quan

Manage the day-to-day relationship of client-servicing with customers to support revenue generation
Provide superb sales and customer service in all customer touch points so as to drive premium selling rates and regular business
Maintain and assist the Company to procure high yield cargo transportation service sales from all forwarders/agents.
Build close, strong relationships with all customers, agents and service providers.
Implement customer service procedures to ensure customer satisfaction.
To Assist the Sales Manager to negotiate and execute sales contracts as required
To identify areas of improvement to current business practices, operational processes, cost control, customer service and details of attention should be paid by the Company during its business operation.
To ensure accurate and timely data entry into the Company’s operating system.
To interact with customers, arranging their international shipments, meeting customer service standards and KPI’s.
Provide timely shipment status updates to customers
To coordinate with headquarter office in implementing the works and respond to emails in a timely manner.
Report directly to: Cargo Manager - Hanoi Station
Strictly following company guidelines and policies.
