- Work closely with clients to understand their needs
- Understand business processes of property management in order to translate their needs into our product roadmap requirements.
- Analyzing and building models, solutions and business flows based on the customer’s requirements.
- Drafting documents for business and solutions analysis including URD or SRS.
- Transfer knowledge to the development team and other members of the product team.
- At least 3 years experience in BA or similar.
- Experience working in a product company using Scrum methodology.
- Domain expertise in Accounting OR Finance OR Property management OR ERP (Bonus)
- Bachelor's Degree or higher, major in Finance/Accounting
- Project delivery goals determine your KPIs and bonus
